Part of the Individualized Home Service is a remote portion. Staff are available to communicate with the individual via phone or text. Communication can be initiated by either the staff person or the individual. Remote time is used to problem solve, resolve anxiety or to help with whatever other issues an individual may have.8 units per day can be authorized to be used flexibly.
